3. Account Registration & Security

Immediately notify us of unauthorized account access
Never share your login details with third parties

Security Notice

EscrowPayout will NEVER ask for your seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords. We only require wallet signatures for verification purposes.

4. Eligibility & Compliance

Eligibility Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have legal capacity to enter contracts
Must not be on any sanctions or restricted lists
Must comply with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud

5. Fees & Payments

Service Fees

Escrow transaction fees: 1-3% depending on amount
Withdrawal processing fees: Variable by cryptocurrency
Currency conversion fees: Market rate + 0.5%

Fee Payment

All fees must be paid in advance or deducted from transaction amounts. Fee schedules are posted on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice.

Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once services are rendered. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service failures.

6. Transaction Processing

Transaction Limits

7. Account Security

User Responsibilities

Platform Security

8. Intellectual Property

EscrowPayout and its logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by EscrowPayout Fund and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. All content on our platform, including text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of your cryptocurrency and funds. We only provide custody and escrow services as described in these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and system updates may cause temporary service disruptions.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EscrowPayout shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Cryptocurrency market fluctuations
Third-party service interruptions

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding transactions will be completed, and remaining funds will be returned to verified wallets.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of these terms or applicable laws
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Regulatory or legal requirements
Extended account inactivity (12+ months)

Post-Termination

Upon termination, you remain liable for all obligations incurred. We will retain necessary records for compliance and audit purposes as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Formal Disputes

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the appropriate courts of Mexico City.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent website notices at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must terminate your account.
